At PCA, growth is our guiding performance metric. Using NWEA data, we track students’ growth in the fall and spring, ensuring each child makes a year’s worth of learning growth, and often times much more! PCA’s cumulative growth numbers place us in the top 5% nationally among other NWEA schools.
At PCA, learning doesn’t stop when goals are met—it expands when curiosity grows. Students are challenged to think critically, embrace persistence, and approach every subject with purpose. With comparatively high participation rates in the arts, PCA students build confidence, skill, and a lifelong appreciation for beauty, creativity, and worship.
