What do you love about Portsmouth Christian Academy?
What I love about Portsmouth Christian Academy is their desire to always support students in and out of school. The faculty work hand-in-hand with students to create a positive learning environment and excite their students about the information they are learning. Teachers work hard to instill a passion for knowledge in each of their students.

In what ways have you grown (spiritually, academically and/or developmentally) as a result of your experience at PCA?
I have grown in so many different areas of my life as a result of PCA. My faith has been made stronger by faculty and staff whose goal is to help us make our faith a top priority. While PCA is extremely academically rigorous, the PCA community encourages students to be well rounded and balanced individuals.

Portsmouth Christian Academy’s mission is “to honor God joyfully by inspiring students to maximize their God-given potential.” How do you experience this mission at PCA?
I feel that PCA has so many opportunities to help students maximize their God-given gifts. We offer a plethora of programs for athletics, theatre, music, STEM, and clubs.

How do you feel that PCA is preparing you for graduation, college and life?
PCA has rigorous academics. This prepares us for future education and our life by teaching us time management skills, and situational adaptability.

What opportunities do you experience at PCA that you don’t think you would have gotten to experience anywhere else?
The small school setting is such a crucial part of what makes PCA unique. At first I was unsure if this was the right choice for me; however, I have learned this was the best choice and I appreciate how teachers have more time to assist each student.
