PCA Community Members Honored with New Hampshire Partners in Education “Rock Star Awards”

February 4, 2021 – PCA is proud to honor a few of its core community members who have contributed greatly in allowing the school to continue thriving.

Last week, Head of School Mike Runey, and Volunteer Coordinator, Summer Heath, awarded Bruce Sayre with a PCA medallion and the New Hampshire Partners in Education “Rock Star Award” in recognition of his extraordinary efforts and generous donation of his time in helping PCA return to campus this fall. Bruce was a constant presence on campus over the summer, volunteering his help with anything from moving furniture to taping down our hallway movement patterns.

Today, a PCA another community member was recognized for their generous donation of time and effort to help our school return to campus.

Raquel Stockbower, part of the Varsity Women’s Soccer coaching staff, was awarded a New Hampshire Partners in Education “Rock Star Award”, thanking her for her part in helping PCA return to campus. The Women’s Soccer Team was PCA’s COVID trailblazer, through which PCA introduced its health and safety protocols to the school community–and Coach Stockbower’s leadership of the team was instrumental all the way through the team’s historic season, ending in the program’s first-ever Final Four appearance.

Raquel was also awarded a PCA medallion, representative of a job well-done, and a recognition of her willingness to go above and beyond for the betterment of the school.
