Mondays with Mike: Homecoming at PCA

Joy, Faith, and School Spirit

Dear PCA Community,

It is Homecoming Week here at Portsmouth Christian Academy, and the joy on campus is contagious. From cowboy hats to class colors, from class cup to pep rallies, our students are celebrating the blessing of being part of a community where faith, friendship, and healthy competition all come together.

In this week’s Mondays with Mike, I sat down with four of our student leaders—Kyla Collins, our new Student Body President; Anna Odom, our Vice President; Marion Spurr, our Athletic Prefect and Volleyball Captain; and Christian Barnes, Cross-Country Captain and Spiritual Life Prefect—to talk about what Homecoming means at PCA. Their enthusiasm and faith-filled leadership makes us grateful to God for the next generation of Eagles rising on our campus.

If you can, listen to these amazing students share their hearts. You will hear how God is using moments of fun, teamwork, and service to knit our community together.

As you listen—or read along—may you feel encouraged by how God is shaping this joyful, faithful community through our students’ leadership.

See you on campus soon,

Mike Runey
Head of School
Portsmouth Christian Academy
