What is one of your favorite moments from teaching?
Today one student said, “I usually hate writing poems. But I liked writing this poem.”
“Wait, Repeat that!” I said in disbelief.
“I liked writing this poem. I could write about something I wanted,” he replied.
“My job here is done,” I answered with a smile. “That’s what I want to hear!”
