Growth Mindset and Yo-yos? Yes!

Motivating and fostering a positive growth mindset are two of the focus points the teachers at PCA have been talking about this year.  This week Lower School students had a special assembly to see The NED Show which spotlights the positive growth mindset ideas of  NED which stands for Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best.  The students enjoyed seeing these messages presented from a different point of view through storytelling, yo-yoing, and a few magic tricks. Videos on how to “throw your yo”  and tip sheets are available on the NED Show KIDZone channel.
