A Thoughtful Pathway from High School to College
PCA’s course selection is designed to help students grow academically while preparing for what comes next. Students choose from a range of core courses, electives, and advanced options that support both interest and readiness.
Through partnerships with Liberty University and Colorado Christian University, qualified students can take college-level courses while still in high school. These opportunities provide meaningful academic challenge and an introduction to college expectations—while students continue to receive guidance and support from PCA faculty.

“In our office, we’re trying to help students find their calling. It’s not just about the job you like, or the money you could make, or getting out of New England weather for college. It’s about prayerfully walking with a student through their high school years and helping them identify who and what God is calling them to be.”
Developing the Whole Student
At PCA, the student experience is shaped by five integrated areas—Academics, Leadership, Creativity, Athletics & Competition, and Character Formation—that work together to develop the whole student. The result is a well-rounded graduate equipped with knowledge, character, and confidence to lead and thrive in any area they choose.
Rigorous, purposeful learning that challenges students to think deeply, communicate clearly, and pursue excellence. PCA students build strong academic foundations while learning how to ask good questions, solve real problems, and apply knowledge with confidence.
Character is formed through daily habits, relationships, and choices. At PCA, students are guided to grow in integrity, responsibility, empathy, and perseverance—learning to live out their values in the classroom, on the field, and beyond.
Leadership is practiced, not just taught. Through service, collaboration, and responsibility, students learn to influence others with humility, integrity, and courage—whether they’re leading a team, a classroom discussion, or their community.
Creativity is woven into how students learn and express themselves. From the arts to innovation and design, PCA students are encouraged to imagine, create, and take risks—developing original thinkers who see new possibilities and bring ideas to life.
Competition is an opportunity to grow. Through athletics and other competitive experiences, students learn discipline, resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship—pursuing excellence while honoring effort, character, and one another.
