Portsmouth Christian Academy: Preparation for Life.
Differentiated Learning
Because we see each child as a unique creation of a loving God, there is no “one size fits all” at PCA. Beginning with the student application, we look at each child’s learning style, strengths, and areas of need.
Outstanding Academics
A PCA education equips students with highly sought-after in-demand 21st century skills, preparing them to ask, collaborate, imagine, plan, create, and think critically to problem solve in ways that improve the world around them.
Christ Centered Community
The heart of PCA community is faculty and staff modeling the responsibility we all have to each other by bearing the Name of Jesus.

“We travel 45 miles each day to educate our children at PCA. We do not drive the latest model … Is it worth it? Is the money and time invested in our children at a young age worth the sacrifice? Absolutely. I would do it again.”
“Sending two children to PCA was the best investment we could have ever made. Both got full merit based scholarships to choice universities. Their professors often remarked how well prepared they were compared to their peers.” ~ CAPTAIN Karen Baetzel, USN (ret), Parent of Alumni
Throughout the school closures this spring, our community at PCA confirmed we are better together. We worked diligently to foster a strong online community through distance learning and communication.
We are developing an enhanced hybrid learning approach for the fall to meet the rapidly changing health and safety guidelines and the unique health situations that may force families to deem onsite learning unsafe. This hybrid learning approach allows for agility, permitting high quality, familiar learning to continue without interruption.
We welcome you to explore PCA, and our Virtual Admissions Center will guide you through next steps.
Preparing for college is so important. Preparing for life? Even more so. Give your child the gift and investment of a high school experience that develops much more than all their diplomas will ever show.
