PCA Food Drive Supports Seacoast

food drive end edit 3

The PCA Junior High Student Council has worked hard over the last 6 weeks organizing a food drive to benefit the Seacoast Family Food Pantry in Portsmouth. Your generous support and donations of food were greatly appreciated. There were over 1,200 food items donated. Diane Giese and Margie Parker came to PCA on behalf of the Seacoast Family Food Pantry to thank the students for their hard work.

Classes in the Lower School brought in a variety of items throughout the course of the Food Drive and learned the value of generosity while having fun competing against each other to see which class would bring in the greatest number of items. The final class standings are as follows: 7A was third with 120 items, 7B followed in 2nd place with 137 items, and 6A won with a grand total of 175 items.

Thank you again for your participation in this worthy cause.
