The referral reward program is open to families of currently enrolled students at PCA and current employees of PCA.
A tuition credit of $500 will be issued upon the enrollment in a full-time program in kindergarten through grade 12, successful completion of a minimum of a full semester, and re-enrollment for the following school year by a student(s) from a family that was referred by a qualifying participant in the program. Only one credit will be issued for a referred family unit and the credit will only be issued to one qualifying participant for each family. In the event that multiple families are named as being the “referring family,” the reward may be split between those families at the discretion of the Admissions Office.
Credits will only be issued to those families who have:
- students enrolled at the time of issuance or who are employed by PCA at the time of issuance
- returned a completed Form W-9 within 30 days of our request so that we may properly report
this family income to the IRS by issuing a Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year (applicable
in instances where more than one credit will be issued in a calendar year).
- been identified as a referring family/individual by the new family either on the application or on
an initial contact with the admissions department
Tuition credit for either the current year’s tuition, the following year’s re-enrollment commitment
and/or the following year’s tuition will be issued the month following the completion of the attendance
and re-enrollment requirements.
If a family receiving a referral reward has paid in full for the year, the tuition credit may be used toward
the family’s enrollment commitment for the following year, or it may be used as a credit on the
following year’s tuition. If the family receiving the reward is on a monthly payment plan, a credit will be
issued to that family’s account. In the event that it is not possible to issue a tuition credit (i.e. student of
referring family is a senior with tuition paid in full, or an employee without enrolled children is the
recipient), a check will be issued.
The terms of this reward program are subject to change without notice and the program may terminate
at any time at the discretion of the Head of School.
