NuDay is a non-profit organization in Windham, New Hampshire, that empowers women and children for a brighter future. For the last ten years, NuDay has been supporting vulnerable populations through monthly shipments of containers from the United States abroad, with the goal of meeting immediate needs and prioritizing sustainability. NuDay is responding to the immediate needs of the Ukraine refugees who have been displaced by the current war. PCA has the opportunity to be part of that crucial support by contributing humanitarian and medical supplies as part of a container being shipped in May .
We will be hosting a donation drive right here on campus (sample donation list below). The timing for this drive couldn’t be better as many of us are tackling our annual spring cleaning, and this drive will take many of those “no longer needed” items off your hands.
The drive will be held from May 2nd – 6th, culminating with an Upper School “Stuff the Container” service project on Saturday, May 7th (more details about that to come!!).
While you’re cleaning out and rediscovering lost and forgotten items, remember that there are those on the other side of the world feeling lost and forgotten and we have an opportunity to do something about that.

Support Container Costs
Each container costs approximately $6,500 to pack and ship from New Hampshire and Maine to their end location. Your support goes towards packing supplies and trucking costs. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated and all donations are tax deductible. With every project NuDay undertakes, they are working to empower women and children to regain their lives and rebuild their futures once again.
