Alumni Stories: Julie Pease ’13

PCA alum, Julie Pease, Class of 2013, recently visited from Ecuador where she is serving vulnerable and exploited women and children in Qito as the Coordinator of Health Initiatives for a nonprofit organization. Julie says, “Having been so blessed by my community at PCA and at my church and my family, I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to give back to others and help them find the restoration that God desires for each one of us.” Hear directly from Julie about how serving in Ecuador has changed her perspective of herself and of the Lord in the video above!

Julie is what we affectionately call a “PCA Lifer”, beginning her education in our Preschool and graduating from our Upper School 14 years later! Julie attended the University of Mary-Harden Baylor after graduating from PCA, studying Nursing.

After learning of an opportunity to travel overseas to provide much-needed medical and spiritual attention to women and children across the globe, Julie packed her bags and headed for Ecuador!
