I am a state-certified music educator in both Maine and New Hampshire. Prior to arriving at PCA, I was the choral director at Prospect Mountain High School in Alton, NH and then at Biddeford High School in Biddeford, ME. I have served as the president of the University of Maine collegiate chapter of the National Association for Music Education from 2013-2015. I served as music director for the Tri-City Community Chorus in Saco, ME from 2017-2021. In 2019, my choirs were invited to perform at Carnegie Hall alongside several other choirs from southern Maine in the spring of 2021. I served as the audio/visual technology director at Bethany Church in Kittery, ME from 2022-2024.

Why do you love working at PCA?

I truly love working with the passionate and dedicated music students at PCA. I am so impressed with their love for music, each other, and the community at large. It’s a blessing to be able to come to work every day and be around and inspired by these amazing young adults. Each year, it’s so inspiring to watch the students take on the challenges of the repertoire I program and rise to the occasion, seeing them grow as musicians and people throughout the year.
